I don't known the location of your new vertex. If the new vertex is not necessary on the original pline, use the codes below, otherwise incorporate the codes from Floor 10.

关键是判断选取点在线中的位置。11楼的功能上已经实现加点，但判断条件不完善。若你的选取点在多义线中两个距离很长的点之间，而该多义线的另一部分绕回来比这两个点还近的话，加点失误!
